Personal Chef Service

By using Fab Fare personal chef service rather than choosing items from the Regular Monthly Menus, you will get:

• Customized menus that not only suit both your palate and your lifestyle, but will also take into consideration any food allergies or aversions you have
• Fresh, top quality ingredients
• Individual, customized packaging of all meals with detailed reheating instructions

How it works:

After you fill out a detailed food questionnaire, I will customize a menu designed around your likes and dislikes, and then fax or email a copy of the proposed menu to you for your approval. I will shop for your approved menu's ingredients and then prepare your meals in the Fab Fare certified commericial kitchen. Meals are packaged for refrigeration or freezing, depending on what was decided on prior to your cooking day, and all meals will be labeled with detailed reheating instructions to be delivered to you on an agreed-upon date. You do not have to be home at time of delivery, but you will have to leave a cooler out (or make alternate arrangements to have a neighbor accept the meals, etc.) if you won't be home.
